Yvonne is the Managing Partner at KDH Advocates and Head of the firm's Commercial and Real Estate Practice. She has extensive experience advising local and international clients on complex real estate, construction, and finance matters. Her work includes structuring development projects, arranging real estate finance, implementing securitisation frameworks, and guiding high-net-worth individuals through estate planning strategies.

Her experience at Ecobank gave her a strong foundation in securitisation and banking regulatory compliance. She works closely with financial institutions and SACCOs on compliant frameworks for securitisation, recovery, and governance, while also advising on structured finance, syndicated lending, project finance, asset financing, enforcement of securities, and capital raising.

Her real estate practice spans acquisitions, sales and conveyancing, property development and joint ventures, commercial and residential leases, land use planning, zoning, environmental compliance, construction contract management, and property disputes.

Yvonne combines transactional, advisory, and dispute-resolution expertise to serve property developers, financial institutions, and investment companies as a trusted adviser in Kenya's real estate and construction landscape.

Brance is a Founding Partner at KDH Advocates and a registered Patent Agent. He leads the firm's Dispute Resolution Department, representing national and international clients in complex, high-stakes commercial, construction, insolvency, and intellectual property matters.

He has acted in substantial arbitrations concerning electrical equipment and advertising boards, a major Nairobi construction project, and the development of a bespoke management system. He has also defended a microfinance institution against a multimillion-shilling employment claim.

His practice extends to intellectual property and real estate. Brance has advised in a significant hospitality trademark dispute, defended homeowners against fraudulent land claims, and guided clients through high-value property acquisitions in Nairobi.

He represents the Law Society of Kenya, Nairobi Branch, on the Supreme Court Bar-Bench Committee, Tax Liaison Committee, and Commercial Court Bar-Bench Committee. He also serves on the boards of Shield Forensics Kenya and International Christian Youthworks (ICY), Africa.

Imanuel leads the International Law and Trade Practice at KDH Advocates. He advises on cross-border transactions, international trade, and investment agreements, drawing on experience with EU export controls and sanctions in Brussels and trade-policy work supporting Kenya's Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investments.

His international-organisation experience includes the Green Climate Fund, where he worked on grant, loan, and equity investment agreements for climate projects, and legal work with the UN's International Fund for Agricultural Development and World Food Programme in Rome.

Imanuel has advised across employment, mining, investment establishment, banking acquisitions, and supply-chain finance. His work includes due diligence on tax, intellectual property, shareholding, and regulatory compliance, as well as drafting and negotiating key transaction documents.

He serves as adjunct faculty at Kenyatta University School of Law, coordinates the TradeLab, and contributes to scholarship on the African Continental Free Trade Area and the East African Community Rule of Law Index. He is also Chairperson of the Kenyatta University School of Law Alumni Association.
